PMI Factory provides Precast concrete (Pre-stressed and Unstressed) products including design, manufacturing, transportation and installation in accordance with national and international standards:

1.Complete precast concrete framings (Superstructures) to include:- columns, beams, slabs, load bearing & non-load bearing walls (solid and sandwich), stairs slabs and landings, stairs railings, etc.

2.Hollow core slabs: - standard width of 1200mm with span from 4 to 20m, 16 production lines with 150 meters long each. 

Thicknesses: 150,200,250,300,350,400 and 500mm.

3.Double Tee Slabs and Single Tee Slabs:- Standard width of 2400mm/ 1200mm with span from 8 to 32m, 2 production lines 150 meters long each, depths: 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1,000mm.

4.Internal and external solid walls with thicknesses from 100 to 300mm 

5.Thermally insulated walls (sandwich) with thicknesses from 180 to 300mm for external load bearing or non load bearing walls. 

6.Claddings and parapets with various types, shapes, colors and finishes to suit customers requirements with thicknesses from 100 to 200mm.

7.Decorative precast concrete elements including copings, capping's, cornices, moldings, window headers & sills, window frames, etc. 

8.Boundary walls including precast footings, columns and wall panels with various shapes, colors and finishes. Special boundary walls which are designed to resist blasting. 

9.Special precast concrete products (architectural precast concrete) gray or white cement with/without pigment, sandblasted concrete surface, washed aggregates withform liner finish, pattern finish, recesses, polishing, engraved concrete, graphic design concrete, etc.for external 

walls and boundary walls. Precast concrete wall cladded with marble, granite, Riyadh stone, etc.

10.Special precast concrete elements: Underground/ elevated water tanks, Road barriers, flower boxes (planters), sleepers, wheel stoppers, benches, pergolas, trellis, bollards, sunscreens and sun breakers, splash blocks,etc. 

PMI has an expansion plan for post-tensioned concrete and glass reinforced cement products (GRC}.
